Shillong, Meghalaya – September 5, 2024:

Rangdajied United Football Club is proud to announce the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Bengaluru Football Club, one of India's leading football clubs. This landmark partnership aims to create enhanced opportunities for player development and the professional growth of coaches, strengthening the football ecosystem of RUFC , Meghalaya and beyond.

An official document was signed by Eugeneson Lyngdoh, President of Rangdajied United FC and Bengaluru FC’s Director of Football, Darren Caldiera.

A Celebration of World Sports day was organised on the 29th of August 2024 by the District Hub for Empowerment of Women(DHEW) which is the implementing body for the Mission Shakti Scheme of the Ministry of Women Child Development.
The one day football tournament for women was organised in collaboration with Rangdajied United Football Club.
A total of 4 teams took part in the tournament.
